A whole masterplan transformed a very tired Colonial into a beautiful classical Queen Anne.  The previously overheated back terrace became a shady porch, pergola, fire pit, grille area and gateway that married the house with the pool.   The Kitchen was transformed. into a new two story artistic living/eating space with a rounded panoramic of the landscape and outdoor living spaces.  Daylighting is manipulated to perfectly illuminate the rooms for their purpose.
